Introduction

Team Leader in charge of five engineers, Justin was responsible for introducing new computer systems in Branches of a national retail bank.

The Client was replacing terminal-based teller machines with a Windows-based system to improve branch productivity and reduce cost of ownership.

Activities

This two-month assignment included

  • Close client liaison on a day-to-day basis,
  • Team leading,
  • Technical supervision,
  • Task delegation and
  • Quality assurance.

Outcomes / difference

  • Successful roll-out of new technology to a dozen bank branches.
