Introduction
Justin created a Portal strategy for an MOD agency. This set out a Programme approach, including:
- A comparison of candidate technologies,
- An analysis of the existing collaboration and knowledge-sharing environment,
- How to conduct a costed Pilot phase, management of change implications, and a roadmap forward.
Outcomes / difference
This was a very secure site, so once Justin’s involvement was over, interaction with the site ceased.
