1.1 Justin created a Portal strategy for an MOD agency. This set out a Programme approach, including:
1.1.1 A comparison of candidate technologies,
1.1.2 An analysis of the existing collaboration and knowledge-sharing environment,
1.1.3 How to conduct a costed Pilot phase, management of change implications, and a roadmap forward.
1.2 Outcomes / difference
1.2.1 This was a very secure site, so once Justin’s involvement was over, interaction with the site ceased.
