Large Government Department workshop facilitation
Introduction
Justin worked on a major Public Sector account, on a Programme with major political and security sensitivities. His role included:
- One of two facilitators during 8 week Workshop programme to drive out clarifications in Customer requirements for the desired system
- On-going requirements management and assurance role to assist technical team in solution definition
- Key customer liaison role in critical early stage of project
Outcomes / difference
- Helped create solid working relationship created between Civil Servants and Fujitsu Programme team – with one other, Justin was present on Customer’s site for first two months of Programme.
- Drove customer workshops and dealt with friction arising from workshops by escalating to Project Team Leader and Programme Managers.
- Provided key input into risk and quality assurance issues that arose as Programme developed.
- Reconciled list of requirements, which were being finalised as Justin’s assignment ended
- Excellent performance feedback from Team Leader
