Justin worked on a major Public Sector account, on a Programme with major political and security sensitivities. His role included:

One of two facilitators during 8 week Workshop programme to drive out clarifications in Customer requirements for the desired system
On-going requirements management and assurance role to assist technical team in solution definition
Key customer liaison role in critical early stage of project

Helped create solid working relationship created between Civil Servants and Fujitsu Programme team – with one other, Justin was present on Customer’s site for first two months of Programme.
Drove customer workshops and dealt with friction arising from workshops by escalating to Project Team Leader and Programme Managers.
Provided key input into risk and quality assurance issues that arose as Programme developed.
Reconciled list of requirements, which were being finalised as Justin’s assignment ended
