Knowledge, Learning and Information Management Toolkit
Introduction
Justin was the second-in-command on a project to produce a Knowledge, Learning and Information Management Toolkit (KLIMT) for a Government Department
This aimed to foster ground-up KM initiatives within the department by providing workgroups with tools to analyse and improve information use and access, and to measure improvements.
Activities
Justin worked with the Lead Consultant to create workgroup-level methodology.
Outcomes / difference
- KLIMT was rolled out to a number of workgroups in the Department.
- Justin won an ICL Bronze Award for his work on this project.
