The following is an example of work Justin Souter has done in the past.

1.1              In October 2005, Justin and a colleague helped integrate Fujitsu Spain in the wider Fujitsu Services group.

1.2              This HR Consultancy exercise mapped employees from the existing grading structure to that of Fujitsu Services, respecting local labour law and cultural sensitivities.

1.3              Activities:

1.3.1        Corresponded with Spanish counterparts in Fujitsu Spain (speaking in Spanish) to acquire key HR data about personnel.

1.3.2        Conduct data mining exercise to model various breakdowns of the workforce composition.

1.3.3        Provide Management Information summaries using graphs and summary tables, to act as decision support input.

1.4              Outcomes / Difference

1.4.1        Rapid and timely processing of data to provide Project lead with key data for project report.

1.4.2        Provided sophisticated charts of complex data, so business decision makers could understand trends in the Fujitsu Spain workforce.

1.4.3        Successful team member, supporting colleagues with little language skills.

1.4.4        Helped control errant taxi drivers!
