The following is an example of work Justin Souter has done in the past.

1.1              Justin worked on a bid team for a major public sector outsource.

1.2              Activities

1.2.1        His role was to bridge the gap between business analysis and technical design, and recommend solution technologies to fit the organisational design.

1.2.2        Although concentrating on KM and collaboration technologies, Justin was also an advocate for wider Fujitsu Services skillsets and delivery capability, to ensure the creation of full-service IT capability for this newly-created organisation.

1.3              Outcomes / difference

1.3.1        The tender was shelved and the initial scope was scaled back, however Justin’s role was recognised by the Bid Team.
