Introduction

Justin worked on a bid team for a major public sector outsource.

Activities

His role was to bridge the gap between business analysis and technical design, and recommend solution technologies to fit the organisational design.

Although concentrating on KM and collaboration technologies, Justin was also an advocate for wider Fujitsu Services skillsets and delivery capability, to ensure the creation of full-service IT capability for this newly-created organisation.

Outcomes / difference

The tender was shelved and the initial scope was scaled back, however Justin’s role was recognised by the Bid Team.
